The authorities in BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala., (WKRG) reported that a businesswoman from Orange Beach is once again facing jail time due to fresh allegations of credit card fraud.

The Orange Beach police department revealed that Judith “Tillie” Ashley Roberts, 55, was apprehended and subsequently detained in the Baldwin County Jail on Monday.

Roberts is a co-proprietor of a catering service in Orange Beach. She was apprehended earlier in January under accusations of filching substantial sums of money from clientele via their credit cards.

A fresh accusation holds Roberts responsible for illicitly appropriating close to $15,000 via fraudulent credit card transactions, as claimed by an individual.

The investigators have indicated their intention to present this case to a Baldwin County Grand Jury.

Upon the case’s review and processing, additional charges are likely to be filed against Roberts, warn the authorities.
